Think Positive, Act Positive, Be Positive

What is Positivity Day?

Well, it's a community wide celebration of the benefits that come from having a positive approach on the way we live, work and play.

Employers, schools, community groups and individuals will celebrate positive thinking throughout Chatham-Kent on FridaySeptember 15, 2017. The day is meant to celebrate the benefits of positive thinking and the amazing potential positivity has to improve our lives and our community.

This year's celebration will be celebrated differently. Get into the spirit Chatham, Ontario and help us celebrate the 12 days of Positivity September 4th - 15th.

The 12 Days of Positivity is aimed at providing several suggestions on how people can adopt and express this important attitude.

The themes of the 12 Days of Positivity that have been chosen are just some of the many ways that individuals can adopt and express a positive attitude in their personal life.

The purpose of offering a wide array of suggestions during the 12 Days of Positivity is to provide at least one or two themes that will appeal to virtually everyone in our community and motivate them to participate.

There are many other ways to be positive – the potential is endless.

The 12 Days of Positivity are:

Sept. 4 -  Neighbour Day
Sept. 5 -  Agriculture Day
Sept. 6 -  Seniors Day
Sept. 7 -  First Responders/Health Care Day
Sept. 8 -  Not-for-Profit and Charity Day
Sept. 9 -  Support Your Local Business Day
Sept. 10 - Discover Your Community Day
Sept. 11 - Celebrate Your Pet Day
Sept. 12 - Diversity Day
